Ingredients for 4 people
Rigatoni Giannobile gr. 400
stewed meat sauce
raw ham gr. 100
mushrooms gr. 70
peas 1 box
oil, garlic, salt, pepper
parmesan
grated to taste
fresh parsley
PREPARATION: Cut the raw ham into strips. In a saucepan, put the oil and the ham to brown, add the peas and cook for 15/20 minutes.
* In another pan, brown 1 clove of garlic with a little oil, add the mushrooms and cook for 15/20 minutes.
Salt to taste and grate the Parmesan.
COOKING: Bring the pot for cooking the pasta to a boil. Once cooked, add the mushrooms to the peas and the previously prepared stewed sauce. Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce and mix everything. Add the grated Parmesan and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
* N.B. The garlic clove must be removed from the saucepan with the mushrooms before the end of cooking.
